Our handpainted furnishings are made from non-endangered hardwoods, exquisitely painted with a water-based, non-toxic paint. Antiquing techniques mellow the colors and a protective wax finish has been applied. We recommend only dry dusting, as furniture polishes, oil, and water will distress and tarnish the finish.
